  • State price, unit type, view, position and rental terms honestly.
  • Do not create duplicate listings for the same unit under different accounts.
  • Remove or update listings promptly when the property is no longer available.

2. Confidentiality

  • Do not republish, screenshot, forward or scrape other Members' listings, inquiries, chats or contact details outside the Service.
  • Do not upload DealRoom data to public portals, social media or open WhatsApp groups.
  • Do not share your account with colleagues or contacts.

3. Identity and Licence

  • Use your real name, real employer, and your own valid broker licence for each emirate you work in (Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah).
  • Do not impersonate another agent, brokerage or authority.
  • Update your licence details when renewed; expired licences result in suspension.

4. Communications

  • Be professional and respectful in chat, comments and viewing requests.
  • No harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech or sexual content.
  • No spam or repeated unsolicited messages.
  • Do not contact other Members outside the Service using contact details obtained from the Service, except in connection with a genuine cooperation deal.

5. Technical Abuse

  • No scraping, crawling or automated data extraction.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling or bypassing security features.
  • No uploading of malware, viruses or destructive code.
  • No probing, load testing or interference with the Service.

6. Legal

  • Do not use the Service in any way that violates UAE law, including AML, sanctions, tax and advertising rules.
  • Follow the real estate rules of the emirate where each property is located: ADREC and Madhmoun permits in Abu Dhabi, DLD/RERA and Trakheesi permits in Dubai, and the Ras Al Khaimah real estate authorities in RAK.
  • Do not upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Reporting

Report violations from the listing "Report" action or by email to abuse@dealroom.ae. Four substantiated reports on a single listing trigger administrator review.
