Its role is limited to providing software that licensed brokers use to communicate and cooperate with each other. All contractual, agency and fiduciary relationships arising from any property transaction are solely between the Members involved and their respective clients.

DealRoom does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, availability or pricing of any listing or inquiry posted by a Member. All Member Content is provided by Members and is their sole responsibility. Members must conduct their own due diligence before relying on any information.
