Subscription & Refunds

1. Price

Membership is sold on three plans: AED 260 per month, AED 1,170 for 6 months or AED 1,600 per year. Members who join between 1 October and 31 December 2026 receive free months on top: 1 month free on the 6-month plan (7 months of access) and 2 months free on the yearly plan (14 months of access). The free months end after 31 December 2026; the prices do not change. No VAT is charged while DealRoom is not VAT-registered; if that changes, VAT at 5% will be added and shown on your invoice.

2. Billing Cycle and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method until cancelled. Renewal receipts are emailed to you.

3. Payment on Subscription. No Free Period

The full price of the plan you choose is charged immediately when you subscribe. There is no free trial and no grace period. Access starts only once payment succeeds.

4. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes change of mind, unused months, cancellation part-way through the year and account suspension. The only exception is a duplicate charge or billing error made by us, which we correct on report.

5. Cancellation and Failed Payments

You may cancel renewal at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, with no refund. If a renewal payment fails, access stops immediately until payment is completed.

6. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice. New pricing applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

7. Payment Processor

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Your full card details are never stored on our servers. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension pending review.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact support@dealroom.ae before raising a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to permanent account closure.
