Confidentiality Agreement

DealRoom is a closed cooperation network. Its value depends on Members trusting that what they share stays inside the network. This Confidentiality Agreement supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means all listings, inquiries, prices, owner details, contact information, photos, videos, chats, matches, market data and any other content made available on the Service by Deal Room Tech Computer Systems Designing - L.L.C or by other Members ("Disclosing Party"), whether marked confidential or not.

2. Obligations

You agree that you will:

• use Confidential Information solely to cooperate with the Disclosing Party on genuine real-estate transactions;
• not disclose Confidential Information to any person outside the Service, including clients, colleagues who are not Members, competitors, portals, social media or the public;
• not copy, screenshot, download, export or scrape Confidential Information except as strictly necessary for a specific cooperation deal;
• not use Confidential Information to circumvent the Disclosing Party (for example, contacting the property owner directly to bypass cooperation);
• protect Confidential Information with at least the same care you use for your own confidential business information;
• immediately notify Deal Room Tech Computer Systems Designing - L.L.C if you become aware of any unauthorised disclosure.

3. Screenshots and screen recording

Screenshots, screen recordings, printing, saving images, and photographing the screen are strictly prohibited. The Service applies technical deterrents (watermarking with your identity, disabled right-click, printing and copy blocks, and, on the mobile app, OS-level screen-capture blocking where the operating system supports it). These deterrents are not perfect. Any image that leaves the Service will carry a visible watermark identifying the Member who captured it, and that Member will be treated as the source of the leak.

4. Exceptions

The obligations do not apply to information that (a) is or becomes public without your fault, (b) you already lawfully held without confidentiality obligations, or (c) must be disclosed by law or by a competent authority.

4. Remedies

Breach of this Agreement causes serious harm to the network and to the Disclosing Party. Deal Room Tech Computer Systems Designing - L.L.C may immediately suspend or terminate your account, remove content, notify affected Members, and seek injunctive relief and damages. You acknowledge that monetary damages alone may be insufficient and that equitable remedies are appropriate.

5. Duration

Your confidentiality obligations continue for as long as you use the Service and for three (3) years after your account is closed.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
